Eğitimini yurtdışında tamamlamış yada eğitimini Türkiye'de farklı bir dilde tamamlamış ve Türkçe Dil Yeterlik Belgesine sahip olmayan öğrenciler için:

For students who have completed their education abroad or who have completed their education in a different language in Turkey and do not have a Turkish Language Proficiency Certificate:

Kesin Kayıt için Gerekli Belgeler:
a) Lisans veya yüksek lisans diplomasının Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçilikleri/Konsolosluklarından veya noterden onaylı örneği,
b) Lisans veya yüksek lisans diplomasının Türkçe veya İngilizceye çevrilmiş Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçilikleri/Konsolosluklarından veya noterden onaylı tercümesi,
c) Apostile taraf olan ülkelerden başvuran adayların belgelerinde Apostil mühürünün bulunması şarttır. Taraf olmayan ülkeler için ise Dışişleri Bakanlığının ilgili birimlerinin onayının olması gerekir.
ç) Adayın mezun olduğu üniversitenin YÖK tarafından tanındığına dair “Okul Tanıma Yazısı” (bu belge ikinci yarıyılın sonuna kadar sağlanmak zorundadır),
d) Sağlık alanlarına başvuran adaylar için “Diploma Denklik Belgesi” (Bu belge ikinci yarıyılın sonuna kadar sağlanmak zorundadır),
e) Transkriptin aslı ve Türkçe veya İngilizceye çevrilmiş Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçilikleri/Konsolosluklarından veya noterden onaylı örneği,
f) Yabancı dilde eğitim yapılan lisansüstü programlar için yabancı dil belgesi,
g) Eğitim dili Türkçe olan programlar için Türkçe Öğretim Merkezleri sonuç belgesi veya Üniversite tarafından yapılan Türkçe seviye tespit sınavı sonuç belgesi,
ğ) Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin taraf olduğu anlaşmalarla ya da Bakanlar Kurulu kararıyla vizeden muaf tutulmayan ülkelerin vatandaşları için, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçiliklerinden/ Konsolosluklarından alınacak Öğrenci Vizesi ya da geçerli ikamet izni,
ı) Resmi kimlik ya da pasaportun kimlik bilgilerini gösteren sayfasının Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçilikleri/Konsolosluklarından veya noterden onaylanmış örneği,
i) İkametgâh belgesi,
j) 4 adet vesikalık fotoğraf,
k) 2024-2025 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılı Güz Yarıyılı öğrenim ücretinin ödendiğine dair belge.

**Öğrenciler sadece bir lisansüstü programa kayıt yaptırabilirler.

Documents Required for Final Registration:
a) Certified copy of the undergraduate or graduate diploma from the Embassies/Consulates of the Republic of Turkey or notary public,
b) Certified translation of the undergraduate or graduate diploma into Turkish or English from the Embassies/Consulates of the Republic of Turkey or notary public,
c) Candidates applying from countries that are parties to the Apostille must have the Apostille stamp in their documents. For countries that are not parties, the approval of the relevant units of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is required.
ç) "School Recognition Letter" stating that the university from which the candidate graduated is recognized by YÖK (this document must be provided by the end of the second semester),
d) "Diploma Equivalency Certificate" for candidates applying to health fields (This document must be provided by the end of the second semester),
e) The original of the transcript and its translated into Turkish or English, certified by the Embassies/Consulates of the Republic of Turkey or a notary public,
f) Foreign language certificate for postgraduate programs taught in a foreign language,
g) For the programs whose medium of instruction is Turkish, the result document of the Turkish Teaching Centers or the result of the Turkish placement test conducted by the University,
ğ) Student Visa or valid residence permit to be obtained from the Embassies/Consulates of the Republic of Turkey for the citizens of countries that are not exempt from visa with the agreements to which the Republic of Turkey is a party or the decision of the Council of Ministers,
ı) A copy of the official ID or passport page showing the identity information approved by the Republic of Turkey Embassies/Consulates or notary public,
i) Certificate of residence,
j) 4 passport size photographs,
k) Certificate of payment of the 2024-2025 Academic Year Fall Semester tuition fee 

**Students can only enroll in one graduate program.
